Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Boston. This role involves building relationships with leaders across the organization, improving the recruitment process, and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.
About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will work across all Klaviyo go-to-market teams in the region. You will be responsible for sourcing passive candidates, closing offers, and providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will also be expected to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing offers
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Use data and analytics to improve the recruitment process
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience while meeting ambitious hiring goals
- Work with Klaviyo's go-to-market teams across the region
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably supporting high-growth or scaling sales organizations
- Data-informed and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Energized by challenges and motivated by continuous personal and professional growth
- Able to balance exceptional candidate experience with ambitious hiring goals

- Early adopter of AI and continuously explores new tools and workflows
- Experience working in Massachusetts

This role offers a competitive salary range of $102,400—$153,600 USD, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include:

Pay
The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
Schedule
This role may require up to 10% travel for new hire onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
