About the role
The Senior Recruiter will play a key part in building high-performing teams within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. This role involves owning full-cycle recruiting efforts across healthcare, operations, and corporate functions, partnering with leaders to define hiring strategies, and improving recruiting processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with stakeholders to support organizational growth.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and candidates.
- Screen, assess, and guide candidates throughout the interview process while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline performance, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Advise hiring teams on market trends, talent availability, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.
- Contribute to the development of scalable recruiting processes, tools, and strategies within a growing talent function.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a startup, healthtech, healthcare, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for clinical roles such as nurses, care managers, behavioral health professionals, community health workers, or other healthcare positions.
- Experience supporting non-clinical hiring across functions such as operations, sales, partnerships, finance, marketing, or corporate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to independently source, evaluate, and close candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions while maintaining strong candidate experience and stakeholder alignment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with ownership and autonomy.
- Passion for supporting organizations focused on improving access, services, and outcomes for underserved communities.
- Experience with healthcare ecosystems such as Medicaid, Medicare, value-based care, health plans, provider groups, or digital health is a plus.
- Experience supporting distributed or multi-state hiring is preferred.
