Senior Recruiter

About the role

ISG Consultants is a staffing, recruiting, and consulting firm established in 2018 by two experienced staffing & recruiting professionals with over 28 years of combined experience. We support local architecture, engineering, construction, and environmental firms on high-profile projects in the New York Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping clients find and hire qualified candidates;
• Screens potential candidates through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their career goals and interests;
• Communicates and negotiates job offers;
• Creates talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities;
• Builds and maintains long-term relationships with candidates for current and future job opportunities;
• Remains active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and creates and posts job descriptions and announcements;
• Keeps detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required;
• 3-10 years of relevant recruiting or sales experience;
• Experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry is strongly preferred but not required;
• Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office products and is able to learn new programs quickly;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to cold call potential candidates and clients;
• Good time management and organizational skills;
• Functions effectively individually as well as part of a team.

Pay

$75,000 - $95,000
