- Partner with third-party search agencies as needed — evaluating partners, managing relationships, and ensuring alignment on search strategy and calibration.
- Orchestrate agency-led searches for more junior or high-volume roles — setting the search brief, managing agency partners day-to-day, reviewing and filtering candidate slates, and ensuring searches move at pace and to standard.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles, from role scoping and kickoff through offer negotiation and close.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and present well-calibrated, concise candidate summaries to hiring teams.
- Manage a pipeline of multiple concurrent searches with a high degree of organization, urgency, and follow-through.
- Hiring Team Partnership & Debrief Facilitation
- Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to establish clear role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing market intelligence and hiring best practices to each search.
- Tools & Process Excellence
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene and workflow management within enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., Oracle Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent).
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other external sourcing platforms to maximum effect, tracking outreach performance and refining messaging.
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting, and recruiting metrics to continuously elevate the function.
- 7+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience; depth and quality of experience is more important than tenure alone.
- Significant experience recruiting corporate professionals (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, or similar) at mid-to-senior levels.
- Background in financial services (RIA, wealth management, accounting, insurance, banking) or a high-growth software/technology company strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead hiring team debriefs and drive structured, bias-aware decision-making.
- Proven track record managing and evaluating third-party search agency relationships.
- Expert-level proficiency with enterprise ATS platforms (Oracle Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools; data-driven approach to recruiting.
- Strong executive presence and written/verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leaders.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage a high-volume requisition load without sacrificing quality.
