As a Senior Recruiter, you are a talent consultant and a business partner. You will own and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy, leveraging data and creativity to find top-tier talent across the country to help our team's Build What Matters. You thrive on autonomy, high-stakes networking, and driving organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to hiring teams, providing market intelligence and competitor research to guide informed, high-impact hiring decisions.
Partner with HR Business Partners to analyze internal data and external labor market trends to provide competitive, data-driven salary recommendations.
Build deep relationships with internal talent to support succession planning and advise on internal career mobility.
Design and implement aggressive sourcing and advertising strategies, with a heavy emphasis on targeted diversity recruitment and reducing agency reliance.
Represent Clark at national hiring events, professional networking conferences, and industry-specific forums.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through sophisticated cold calling, social sourcing, and professional networking.
Own the candidate experience from end-to-end; proactively seek continuous improvement and develop new solutions to complex problems.
Leverage our ATS and people analytics to track applicant flow, measure source effectiveness, and deliver weekly performance updates to leadership.
Work as a self-motivated team player who values interpersonal relationships, collaborates with empathy, and maintains total discretion regarding confidential information.
Qualifications
Comprehensive experience in full life-cycle recruiting with a proven track record of successfully sourcing passive talent.
Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build high-trust relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Applied experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard business suites (Office, G Suite).
Strong negotiation tactics, analytical thinking, and a meticulous eye for detail.
A self-motivated team player who acts with total integrity, maintains discretion, and has the proven ability to capitalize on challenges and successfully pivot as needed.
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
Dual experience with a combination of both agency/search firm and corporate recruiting experience.
Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national level for multiple geographically diverse locations.
Expertise in competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques.
Prior experience with Workday ATS, CRMs, or labor market insight tools.
