Senior Recruiter

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives. The Senior Recruiter will develop, implement, and manage a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance. Responsibilities include building a candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking, and recruiting events; conducting interviews; and managing job postings and candidates in the automated staffing system to align with Affirmative Action Plans and diversity initiatives.

The Senior Recruiter provides guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure compliance with the hiring process, manages open job requisitions, updates and manages the ATS, achieves recruiting metrics, and reports key accomplishments. Additionally, the role involves compiling and communicating knowledge bases, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders, leading projects for the recruiting teams, and mentoring less experienced recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a regional recruitment strategy in partnership with leadership.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking, and recruiting events.
• Conduct interviews and manage job postings and candidates in the automated staffing system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plans and diversity initiatives.
• Provide guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure hiring process compliance.
• Manage open job requisitions, update and maintain the ATS, and achieve recruiting metrics.
• Compile and communicate industry knowledge, market trends, and best practices to team members and business leaders.
• Lead projects for the recruiting teams and mentor less experienced recruiters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in hiring, staffing, and recruiting.
• Ability to travel if necessary, including overnight stays (approximately 5-10%).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Affirmative Action plans.
• Proficiency with major sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
