Senior Recruiter
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of placing senior leadership talent across Marketing, eCommerce, Product/Engineering, and Corporate functions. This is a high-impact, strategic recruiting role designed for an experienced talent professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers results at the executive level. The ideal candidate comes from a top-tier recruiting agency or a large CPG or eCommerce organization, with demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and closing senior-level candidates. Performance incentives are tied directly to hiring speed and retention outcomes. This position supports recruitment efforts for all businesses under the Home Organizers, Inc. group.
What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior roles across Marketing, eCommerce, Product/Engineering, and Corporate functions
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive senior-level talent through LinkedIn, executive networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Possess a deep understanding of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and competitive intelligence
- Partner closely with executive and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and establish selection criteria
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate leadership competencies, cultural alignment, and functional expertise
- Drive action-oriented, results-focused staffing to ensure the company consistently attracts and secures top-tier talent across all business units
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of professional level candidates across Marketing, eCommerce, Product/Engineering, and Corporate disciplines
- Manage stakeholder communication, interview coordination, and candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding (full desk recruiting)
- Forecast hiring needs in partnership with HR and business leadership and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies
- Enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts targeted at senior-level talent
- Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention performance tied to incentive targets
- Support onboarding and transition processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience
- Partner with HR leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or 10+ years of Senior Level Talent Acquisition experience)
- Minimum 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Senior level and executive placements
- Must come from recruiting agency background or a large CPG or eCommerce organization
- Proven track record of successfully placing Senior level candidates in Marketing, eCommerce, Product/Engineering, and Corporate roles
- Advanced ability to manage multiple priorities and executive-level searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven communication, relationship management, and executive presence
- Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and modern executive recruitment techniques
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when working with senior leadership
- Familiarity with Rippling ATS/HRIS a plus

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 125,000 USD per year (Glendale, CA)
