About the role
Success in this role requires a proactive and strategic recruiting mindset. You will leverage innovative sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and candidate attraction strategies to build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hires in support of our rapidly expanding retail footprint across California.
Responsibilities
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and candidate attraction strategies to build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hires in support of our rapidly expanding retail footprint across California.
- Recruit in high-volume environments, meet aggressive hiring goals, and proactively identify solutions when talent challenges arise.
- Serve as a trusted business partner by providing recruiting insights, analyzing hiring trends, communicating risks early, and driving hiring initiatives that help the business achieve its growth objectives.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of results, and consistently find ways to attract and engage top talent in competitive markets.
- Provide expert advice and counsel related to talent acquisition (e.g., sourcing and/or recruiting strategies) through a variety of business/group & leadership engagements to execute the talent strategy and support the business/group strategy.
- Execute specific operational / strategic work to deliver business results and/or minimize risk.
- Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives.
- Aid in the development of strategic plans.
- Help determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
- Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Build change management plans of varying scope and type; lead or participate in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.
- Lead or participate in defining the communication plan designed to positively influence or change behavior; develop tailored messaging; and identify appropriate distribution channels.
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Break down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide talent acquisition insights and recommendations.
- Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Maintain performance, and address any issues.
Qualifications
- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience & demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing - In-depth.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Pay
$74,000.00 - $138,000.00
