About the role

We are seeking a motivated contract recruiter with a proven track record in recruiting senior AI Engineering talent from leading hyperscalers and AI-Forward firms. The role involves sourcing through multiple channels, building candidate slates, and closing candidates. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and manage the full recruiting lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sourcing through cold-calling and networking
• Create a positive candidate experience with professional communication
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior AI executives
• Track all activity in the ATS for compliance and data preservation
• Develop personal time management plans for multiple client needs
• Maintain networks of candidates and client relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with recent focus on AI Engineering and related areas
• Demonstrated ability to manage candidates through the hiring lifecycle and track actions in ATS
• Client management expertise at senior executive levels
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Experience in high-intensity recruiting environments
• Collaboration and support skills for effective team results
