Senior Recruiter-AEC

About the role

As a Sr. Recruiter, you will fuel company growth by recruiting top industry talent and screening for technical and cultural fit. This role plays an integral part in developing and maintaining CRB’s culture and staff, helping to build one of the most diverse and extraordinary interdisciplinary teams in the world.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support.
• Manage candidate experience and logistics, including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish.
• Partner with hiring teams to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisions.
• Track and manage candidate pipelines and requisitions, ensuring data is accurate and progress aligns with recruiting goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting.
• AEC and/or life sciences/pharma recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools.
