Senior React Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking React developers with 3+ years of experience to join our team at Sequence, a leading development platform for web3 games trusted by Google Cloud and game developer studios. The position involves working on either the front-end for Sequence Builder or the NFT Marketplace.

About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic, English-speaking team working on cutting-edge web3 games for our Canadian customer, Horizon Blockchain Games, which recently raised $40 million in 2022. Sequence is a software agency start-up based in Prague, working on long-term projects for customers primarily in the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining front-end components for Sequence Builder or NFT Marketplace using React and TypeScript.
• Ensuring strong understanding of component lifecycle in relation to the DOM.
• Familiarity with state management libraries, CSS, and localization.
• Recognizing and utilizing the benefits of TypeScript in your work.
• Writing both unit tests and end-to-end tests as part of your development process.
• Configuring tools such as Webpack, Vite, esbuild, ESLint rules, and others as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in React and TypeScript.
• A strong understanding of the component lifecycle in relation to the Document Object Model (DOM).
• Familiarity with state management libraries, CSS, and localization.
• Practical experience in writing unit tests or end-to-end tests.
• Experience in configuring tools such as Webpack, Vite, esbuild, ESLint rules, and others.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include experience with blockchain technology or Ethereum.
