Job Summary

Mercury Systems is seeking talented individuals to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technology in mission-critical aerospace and defense applications. The Engineering team is looking for an RF Engineer to lead technical resolutions during product assembly, production testing, and integration of complex RF/Microwave products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on product troubleshooting in manufacturing and development environments
  • Work with engineers and technicians for offline asset reduction
  • Aid in ongoing engineering development projects and product initiatives
  • Support producibility improvements
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional product teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development and manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to collaborate and thrive in team-oriented settings
  • Broad experience with RF/Microwave test equipment
  • Balance multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Active Clearance required on day one

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • System level troubleshooting for digital, analog, and power circuits
  • Transfer to production of new or existing designs
  • Familiarity with FPGA and Programmable Logic design
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as MATLAB and simulation software (Microwave Office, ADS, HFSS)
  • Experience in failure analysis/Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations

Pay & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees $84,000.00 - $168,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA $88,500.00 - $177,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ. Mercury considers a variety of factors to determine individual base salary offers to candidates, including: the role and related responsibilities; prior work experience; education, training, skills and certifications; internal equity with others employed by Mercury in similar roles; geographic location; and alignment with market data.
