Senior Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a Senior Radiation Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity, working 8-hour day shifts. Responsibilities Include Assisting the manager in ensuring smooth patient care flow within the Radiation Oncology departmentIdentifying and resolving patient issues and contributing to team development through teaching and supervisionCollaborating with other departments within the Cancer CenterAssuming full responsibility and accountability with minimal supervision Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology programCalifornia Therapeutic or Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hireNational Registered Technologist - Radiation TherapyAt least 2 years of clinical Radiation Therapist experience Preferred: Two years of experience in a fast-paced Radiation Oncology setting Skills and qualities: Strong clinical knowledge, teamwork, supervision, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Join a recognized healthcare organization committed to high-quality, patient-centered care, and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.
