Select roles may be eligible to participate in our Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), an incentive program that vests over a three-year period, tied to individual performance and the operational success of Texas Oncology. Awards are discretionary and based on position, performance, and potential for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately deliver and record radiation therapy treatments under the direction of a radiation oncologist and chief radiation therapist.
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient treatment parameters into the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in the clinical instruction of newly hired therapists and students.
  • Assist in maintaining the patient appointment schedule and submitting correct billing information.
  • Accurately cut blocks, when applicable.
  • Accurately make custom molds.
  • Accurately complete simple MU calculations.
  • Accurately interpret computerized treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
  • ARRT certification required.
  • Valid state license for radiation therapy.
