Senior Radar SME (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and mentoring to engineers on radar systems and testing methodologies
• Influence the next generation of radar systems and signal processing technologies
• Prepare and present technical reports and briefings to senior management
• Carry out evaluations of low and high frequency radar systems
• Lead trade studies and advise on engineering support for radar projects
• Conduct technical training related to radar concepts to enhance team capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related field
• 15+ years of experience in radar system design, test, evaluation, and data analysis
• Experience in systems engineering for radar, RF, and C5ISR systems
• Proven ability to develop test plans and procedures, conduct tests, and generate detailed reports
• Active Secret clearance required, with eligibility for DoD TS/SCI
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
