About The Role

ApolloTech MSI is seeking a Radar Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our expert team. This full-time role is based at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, with hybrid work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical expertise and leadership in radar system design, development, and deployment.
• Act as a primary technical resource for radar-related projects, offering guidance on radar system architecture, technology selection, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, review technical documentation, and contribute to strategic decisions to ensure mission success.
• Mentor junior engineers and support proposal development and client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in radar engineering, including system design, analysis, and integration
• Recognized subject matter expert in radar technology, signal processing, and radar system performance
• Strong knowledge of radar architectures, waveforms, and sensor technologies
• Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and other radar simulation and analysis tools
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineering staff
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Capability to contribute to technical proposals and client interactions

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
