Job Responsibilities

  • Algorithm Development
  • Signal Processing and Waveform Design
  • Electronic Protection Methods
  • Phased Array and Digital Beamforming Technology
  • Radar Search, Track and Discrimination Design
  • Statistical and Numerical Analysis of Radar Performance Data
  • Integration and test of large systems
  • Design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products, systems or subsystems
  • Ability to complete a technical project independently
  • Document component and subsystem specifications and material requirements
  • Communicate clearly (written and oral) with manufacturing, supply chain, program management and the customer as required
  • Provide technical expertise and assistance to other engineers and support personnel
  • Mentor and coach the work of others as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • DoD Secret level clearance or ability to obtain a clearance
  • Knowledge of radar technology. Ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems
  • Experience in leading the development of systems engineering artifacts such as System/Subsystem Requirements Documents (SRD), Architecture Diagrams, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), and Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
  • Experience working with MATLAB, DOORS, Cameo System Modeler

Pay

The salary range for this position is $107,089.00-$166,255.50. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
