Responsibilities
The Senior Quality Specialist will compare defects against standards and recommend disposition. You’ll review and disposition QA documentation, verify corrective action implementation and implementation of rework. You’ll participate in audits and team meetings. Your primary purpose is to assure performance to existing processes and policies, representing customer and monitoring project or program performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.
- J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883 certification may be required within 30 days of hire.
- Solid Knowledge of basic electrical or mechanical technology, drawing interpretation, and workmanship standards.
- Skilled in using basic inspection/measurement tools.

Qualifications
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Pay
Target salary range: USD $77,464.00/Yr. - USD $83,819.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
