Senior Quality Management Specialist, Site Based, Princeton, NJ
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting.
Job Title: Senior Quality Management Specialist (not to be repeated as heading). Location: Site Based, Princeton, NJ Shifts: Days, Monday to Friday.
We have "About Us" paragraph. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings.
We have "The Role: / your challenge, …in our journey" which is description of role. Could be "About the role". Then "What You'll Do" list of duties -> Responsibilities.
Then "Who You Are" includes education, experience, knowledge, skills -> could be Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide how to split.
We have "Why Join Us" with bullet points (Growth Opportunities, Flexible Work Environment, Inclusive Culture, Innovative Projects, A Place for Big Ideas). That's benefits? Could be Benefits.
We have pay: "The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $93,500 to $126,500. This is a salaried exempt position. Base salary offered may vary depending on the individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits."
Thus we have Pay and Benefits sections.
Schedule: Shifts: Days, Monday to Friday. That's schedule.
Location maybe not needed as heading; could be included in a short p.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none). Remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal etc. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we should remove that.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location, shifts, about us description, role description, responsibilities list, who you are (education/experience/skills), why join us (benefits), pay, schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to decide which headings to use.
Potential sections:
- About the role: could combine About Us and The Role description? Actually About Us is company description; but we could put that under About the role? Might be okay. Or we could have a separate "About the company" but not in list. The instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we should follow those headings. So we will have:
About the role
with paragraph summarizing the role description (the "The Role: / your challenge, …in our journey" and maybe the "About Us"? Actually About Us is about company, not role. But we could still include it under About the role? Might be mixing. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we could put About Us under About the role as a brief intro. Or we could create a separate heading like "About the company" but not allowed. The instruction says use those headings as examples, not strictly limited? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those headings; we could also use other headings if needed? It says use those for section headings (e.g.) meaning those are examples; we could also use other headings if appropriate? Safer to stick to those.
Thus we need to map content to these headings.
Let's extract:
About the role: Could be the paragraph describing the role and the company mission? The "About Us" is about Evotec's culture. Could be considered "About the role" as it's about the environment. We'll include both About Us and The Role description.
Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" bullet list (actually it's a paragraph with semicolons). We need to turn into - items. The text is a long sentence with many items separated by periods? Actually each duty ends with a period. We'll split by sentences.
Requirements: Could be education and experience: "Master’s degree (or higher/equivalent) in either Quality Management or Life Sciences discipline with relevant focus or equivalent relevant industrial or academic experience is expected. At least 3 years’ work experience within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or CRO environment."
Qualifications: Could be knowledge: "Good understanding of Research activities and processes in Life Sciences. Good knowledge of GLP and GCP (applied to bioanalytical analytical activities including biomarkers and LC-MC methodologies)."
Skills: Could be interpersonal, communication, etc: "Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team and in a matrix environment. Comfortable working with high level of autonomy, highly proactive and enthusiastic. Strong attention to detail and excellent standards written and oral presentation skills. Strong communication and networking skills including remote interactions, as well as good organizational and time management abilities and customer orientation. Ability to work with a closely interacting team to deliver to tight timelines. Problem-solver, highly adaptive and able to work effectively in a fast moving and high growth environment."
Benefits: The "Why Join Us" bullet points plus the additional total rewards described in pay section? Actually pay section includes additional total rewards. We could combine benefits: "Growth Opportunities: ... Flexible Work Environment: ... Inclusive Culture: ... Innovative Projects: ... A Place for Big Ideas: ..." plus the benefits list: "discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits."
Pay: The base pay range and salaried exempt note.
Schedule: Shifts: Days, Monday to Friday.
Location: Could be included in a short p under maybe no heading, but we need to preserve it. We could put it in a
before sections.
We must not include boilerplate: EEO statement at end; remove.
Now produce HTML fragment.
We need to ensure we don't create empty sections.
