Senior Quality Engineer, Findata

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the long-term testing strategy for the AI Platform
• Establish quality metrics and coverage standards in collaboration with teams
• Enhance test coverage through scalable automation practices
• Lead test planning for new features aligned with acceptance criteria
• Streamline testing processes and perform exploratory testing to identify risks
• Coach engineers on applying sustainable quality practices
• Establish rigorous release gates to maintain delivery standards

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Quality Engineering with a focus on AI tools
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies and QA theory
• Familiarity with Test Management Systems like Allure TestOps
• Skilled in test design and API testing
• Experience with UI test automation frameworks such as Playwright
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes)
• Ability to set direction autonomously without dedicated support

Pay

$169,050 – $232,300 annually
