About the Opportunity: The Senior Quality Engineer leads quality engineering initiatives for advanced claims processing systems, with a strong focus on AI-powered testing and automation. This role designs scalable testing solutions across web, API, mobile, cloud, and AI applications to improve system accuracy, reliability, and performance. The position also provides technical leadership, promotes modern quality practices, and helps ensure release readiness across complex enterprise environments. Responsibilities: • Lead quality engineering strategy and drive end-to-end test automation across web, API, mobile, cloud, and AI applications.• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.• Build robust API and microservices testing solutions using Rest Assured, Postman, and contract testing.• Establish automation best practices, coding standards, quality gates, and CI/CD testing integration.• Develop validation frameworks for AI and generative AI models to evaluate response quality, reliability, and responsible AI use.• Perform backend and database validation to ensure data integrity across distributed systems.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality strategies, testing requirements, and release readiness criteria.• Promote shift-left testing, continuous testing, and automated regression practices within Agile teams.• Mentor quality engineering staff and provide technical guidance and leadership.• Measure and improve automation coverage, regression efficiency, and overall engineering productivity.• Design and deploy responsible AI-powered solutions that address complex business and testing challenges. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.• More than 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Software Development Engineering in Test, or a related discipline.• Minimum 2 years of experience leading enterprise-scale automation programs and quality initiatives.• Expertise in automation framework design, API testing, and CI/CD integration.• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality engineering practices, and automated testing strategies.• Experience working with web, API, cloud, mobile, and distributed applications.• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate effectively across engineering and business teams. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Annual salary range of $91,700–$163,700 based on full-time employment.• Compensation may include incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase opportunities, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility.
