Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

The Sr. Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met across all product development phases. This includes conducting tests, analyzing data, and providing feedback to improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Conducts software testing and analysis to ensure product quality
• Develops and maintains test plans and procedures
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
• Reports findings and recommendations to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
