About the role

Supports audits, disclosure reviews, and reviews of liabilities to ensure Quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the review and issuance of Drawings, Engineering Reports, and Technical Specification Documents.
  • Provides SEP technical support, conducts special investigations, reviews and implements Quality procedures.
  • Tracks issues across the company or class and reviews documentation for certification of the ship.
  • Interfaces with cross-functional teams including SSGR, Engineering, Design, Planning, Program Office, Operations, and Ship’s Management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience with MS Office products and database management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active DOD Secret Clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a role requiring a high level of trust and integrity

Qualifications

  • Formal training or certifications in quality (e.g. ASQ certified quality process analyst, quality auditing, or quality management)
  • 8+ years of related experience
