About the role
Supports audits, disclosure reviews, and reviews of liabilities to ensure Quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Supports the review and issuance of Drawings, Engineering Reports, and Technical Specification Documents.
- Provides SEP technical support, conducts special investigations, reviews and implements Quality procedures.
- Tracks issues across the company or class and reviews documentation for certification of the ship.
- Interfaces with cross-functional teams including SSGR, Engineering, Design, Planning, Program Office, Operations, and Ship’s Management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience with MS Office products and database management
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active DOD Secret Clearance
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a role requiring a high level of trust and integrity
Qualifications
- Formal training or certifications in quality (e.g. ASQ certified quality process analyst, quality auditing, or quality management)
- 8+ years of related experience
