Senior QA Tester/IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation test scripts using specific automation tools and processes/methods.
• Create and execute performance test scripts using performance testing tools.
• Create, develop, manage, and execute functional test and regression test scripts.
• Develop generic reusable functions and scripts.
• Perform application testing based on written test scripts, document, track, and communicate defects using Client ALM.
• Test various types of applications including system, regression, end-to-end integration, automated, performance, smoke, black box, white box, and failover tests.
• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution, and support application maintenance.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and provide on-call support.

Requirements

• 60 months of experience working directly with business analysts, program subject matter experts, and technical staff to create robust test plans/test cases for web applications.
• 84 months of working experience in automation testing (such as Client UFT).
• 84 months of working experience in performance testing tools (such as Load Runner).
• 84 months of working experience creating, developing, managing, and executing functional test and regression test scripts.
• 84 months of working experience performing application testing based on written test scripts, and documenting, tracking, and communicating defects utilizing Client ALM.
• 60 months of programming languages experience in PL/SQL, SQL, Java, VB, .Net, HTML, TSL, PHP, VB Script.
