About the Role

A Senior QA Engineer is sought to join the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team. The role involves the manual and automated testing of configurations and integrations of ServiceNow solutions. This position requires a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform's behaviors, modules, ACLs, flows, and integration testing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain test data, data validation, and end-to-end testing flows.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
  • Create test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to validate functionality.
  • Analyze test results and report defects in a timely manner.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure high quality and performance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules.
  • Develop reusable test templates for future automation initiatives.
  • Conduct functional testing for IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules.
  • Validate controls, risks, issues, assessments, workflows, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Test configuration changes that include tables, ACLs, business rules, flows, UI policies, and update sets.
  • Conduct regression testing using ATF across ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
  • Perform cross-browser testing and end-to-end user journey validation with external applications.
  • Test REST/SOAP integrations and external data flows.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of QA experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing with a focus on IRM/GRC.
  • Strong automation experience, including Selenium.
  • Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, and SOX/compliance flows.
  • Hands-on experience with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, and business rules.
  • 3+ years validating platform UI, Service Portal, and Workspace UX.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect management.
  • Proficient in identifying automation opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • ServiceNow certifications are required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, ATF).
  • CI/CD experience (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with domain-separated instances.
  • Prior experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Scripting experience with Python or JavaScript.
  • Development experience.
