We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the team of a leader in the healthcare space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure quality
  • Analyze business requirements and create test strategies
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test documentation and plans
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and backend services
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track quality issues and defects
  • Lead root cause analysis with developers for faster defect resolution
  • Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software QA
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with test design techniques and implementations
  • Familiarity with web technologies: HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, and APIs
  • Expertise in testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and experience with testing tools like Axe
  • Proficient with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
  • Solid experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)

Pay

$136,000 – $148,000 annually
