Senior QA Engineer

Position Overview/Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance efforts across various applications and teams, focusing on both manual and automated testing strategies.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Work within Agile development environments to ensure high-quality deliverables. Validate data and key performance indicators through comprehensive database testing.
Establish QA best practices and enhance testing processes across the organization.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in test automation and a solid understanding of programming and scripting concepts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and conducting database testing.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of QA initiatives.
