Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
- Lead functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Create reusable automation components and optimize test execution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define test strategies.
- Review business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
- Perform database validation using SQL and execute API testing.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and provide quality metrics and reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation Suite.
- Expertise in functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing.
- Experience with SQL for database validation.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with defect management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Tricentis Tosca Certification.
- Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
- Exposure to performance testing and test management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
