Senior QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript) and Python.
• Develop and execute test plans for applications incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Debug tests using trace files and logs; identify and communicate defects.
• Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor IDE, Claude Code) to accelerate script generation and debugging.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in QA/test automation or equivalent development experience.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in TypeScript, Playwright, and Python.
• AI Proficiency: Ability to utilize AI-powered developer tools (Cursor IDE, Claude Code, Windsurf).
• Web Technologies: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM, and React.
• Architecture: Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design patterns.
• Tools: Experience with Git, API testing (REST/GraphQL), and CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Methodology: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience testing LLM-based applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on performance and/or security testing experience.
