Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.
- Design, architect, and implement high-quality software applications using Python and related technologies, following best practices and coding standards.
- Lead the development of critical components and features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting software development best practices.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Identify and address technical debt, inefficiencies, and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software applications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team’s technical capabilities and processes.
- Work Along with Third Party service provider to consume API’s.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a software engineer, with a significant focus on Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or similar.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative coding practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source projects, technical blog posts, or relevant certifications are a bonus.
