Senior Python Developer with Agentic AI

About the Role

This is a long-term hybrid role based in Concord, CA. Candidates must be local to attend an in-person interview. The focus is on strong Python engineers/developers with hands-on Agentic AI experience, rather than those with only general GenAI, prompt engineering, or basic LLM API integration experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strong hands-on Python development
• 2+ years of hands-on Agentic AI experience
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI / AI Agents
• Strong LLM experience
• Strong RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) experience
• Experience with Vector Databases / Vector Search / Embeddings
• MongoDB experience
• Experience implementing AI/Agent guardrails
• Strong software engineering and code-review fundamentals

Nice to Have

• Experience with OCP, AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with AI coding/development tools
• Experience validating or reviewing AI-generated code
• Production deployment of Agentic AI solutions
• Multi-agent architecture / agent orchestration experience
