Responsibilities

  • Engage with government customers to provide pre-sales technical guidance and demos
  • Collaborate with sales to develop account strategies for the company adoption
  • Manage technical evaluations including proofs of concept and value
  • Create Customer Success Plans to ensure smooth deployment
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to foster advocacy for the company
  • Advocate customer feedback to influence product and marketing directions
  • Run assessments to identify software delivery improvements
  • Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in technical pre-sales or consulting, especially with U.S. public sector clients
  • Hands-on experience with the company and modern development methodologies like CI/CD and DevSecOps
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies in regulated environments
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
  • Strong communication skills for leading customer engagements
  • Interest in continuous learning and mentoring
  • Experience in creating comprehensive customer success plans
