Responsibilities
- Engage with government customers to provide pre-sales technical guidance and demos
- Collaborate with sales to develop account strategies for the company adoption
- Manage technical evaluations including proofs of concept and value
- Create Customer Success Plans to ensure smooth deployment
- Build relationships with stakeholders to foster advocacy for the company
- Advocate customer feedback to influence product and marketing directions
- Run assessments to identify software delivery improvements
- Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in technical pre-sales or consulting, especially with U.S. public sector clients
- Hands-on experience with the company and modern development methodologies like CI/CD and DevSecOps
- Familiarity with cloud technologies in regulated environments
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
- Strong communication skills for leading customer engagements
- Interest in continuous learning and mentoring
- Experience in creating comprehensive customer success plans
