Senior Provider Relations Coordinator
BASIC FUNCTION
HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Provider Relations team! This position is responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with the contracting provider community
- Educating, training, researching problems
- Identifying trends and evaluating providers to ensure contractual and financial requirements are adhered to and performed
- Enhancing provider ease of doing business with HCSC, as directed
- Issue tracking and resolution
- Supporting provider onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers
- Ensuring network satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency

Benefits
This role is HYBRID/FLEX and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days. Relocation is NOT available, sponsorship will NOT be extended either now or in the future.
Pay
$41,700.00 - $92,800.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location

- Experience in healthcare provider relations or related field

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
