About the role

This position strategically supports the fundraising efforts of the Foundation through database management, reporting, analytics, and prospect management. The Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst will develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists; analyze fundraising and constituent data; support data quality and CRM improvements; and translate business needs into effective database solutions.

Working with development officers, the Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst will establish regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, and strategy review while ensuring plans, opportunities, assignments, and activities remain current in the CRM. In conjunction with Prospect Researchers, the Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst will help develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline by identifying prospects through database analysis and new prospect sources and facilitating assignment to the appropriate prospect teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists.

  • Ensure plans, opportunities, assignments, and activities remain current in the CRM.
  • Develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline through database analysis and new prospect sources.
  • Facilitate assignment of prospects to appropriate prospect teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Journalism, or Public Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience.

  • California: Humboldt: Min: $44.35, Max: $68.86
  • California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min: $49.76, Max: $77.25
  • California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $44.35, Max: $68.86
  • California: Bakersfield: Min: $42.55, Max: $66.06
  • Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $39.67, Max: $61.58
  • Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $42.55, Max: $66.06
  • Washington: Western: Min: $44.35, Max: $68.86
  • Washington: Eastern: Min: $37.86, Max: $58.78
  • Washington: Southeastern: Min: $39.67, Max: $61.58

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
