Core Responsibilities
- Lead business/enterprise-level, cross-functional proposal efforts from positioning through submission and interview.
- Drive advanced strategy discussions, capture integration, reviews, and interview planning.
- Manage complex contributor groups and specialized proposal resources.
- Support marquee pursuits with executive visibility and high strategic importance.
- Provide mentorship to Senior Proposal Manager I staff to support development.

- Mentor proposal leaders and contributes to best practices and market-focused content.
- Maintains strong executive-level collaboration and proposal team effectiveness.
- Responds to team requests within same business day (≤ 24 hours).
Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign), and tools such as Salesforce or Power BI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, high-value proposal efforts from capture/strategy planning through interview, preferably in an A/E/C or professional services environment.
- Extensive experience mentoring proposal staff and influencing winning work strategy is expected.
