The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring project deliverables meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or client services
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is beneficial
