Job Summary

Client is seeking a Senior Property Claims Representative to join their field claims team. The role involves providing a consistent, positive, and satisfying claims experience for clients through proper investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of property claims. Adjusters use innovative technologies like drones for property inspections and virtual claim handling software to guide clients through the claim process.

About the Role

This is a field position where the adjuster works from home when not out adjusting claims. The candidate must live within the specified territory or be willing to relocate into it. The position allows full-time field work within the Southern half of Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Multilingual is preferred.
• Field Insurance Property claims and must live/work in the territory for this position.
• Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
• Maintains the appropriate adjuster's licensing as required by the states in which they do business.

Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft WORD and Excel (or their equivalents).
• Knowledge of Xactimate and/or other claims estimating software (as applicable).
• Credentialed in residential and commercial construction techniques.

Benefits

The position operates in a work from home and virtual office environment with a mobile office/company vehicle to work from and utilize for transportation to and from appointments. Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate. The candidate must have a valid driver's license with the ability to drive an automobile.

Requirements

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with the ability to drive an automobile. Must have the physical dexterity to walk, reach, climb, and crawl to inspect damage, sometimes in unfavorable working conditions or inclement weather. The ability to lift, carry, and climb ladders weighing up to 50 pounds to perform roof inspections may be required. May be called upon for catastrophic duty.
