Hold a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License 2+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Ability to work in the office 2-3 days a week Proven track record in sales administration, retail sales, or client-facing roles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making
Compensation
Compensation: Guaranteed Base, plus Commission: Salary plus commission (salary based on experience) First-year earnings range from $50,000 - $65,000 through a blend of base salary and commission Top performers can earn $65,000 - $75,000+ in subsequent years
