Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain balance sheet schedules and support month-end close activities
• Record and analyze capital activity, fixed assets, and depreciation
• Assist with accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Partner with Property Management on variance analysis and budget support
• Support audits, tax filings, lender requests, and financial reporting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Real estate accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes

Pay

$90,000–$100,000 plus bonus (based on experience level)
