Senior Project Manager West Coast Region - US Region

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of products or services.
• Cook up departmental and cross-functional teams for product delivery.
• Oversee projects from inception through completion, evaluating performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Participate in project reviews and status meetings, providing updates.
• Utilize Six Sigma and project management methodologies for effectiveness.
• Motivate project teams to achieve optimal performance and support business planning as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in public safety, project management, or program management with complex deployments.
• Ability to obtain background clearance for government clients.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling applications.
• Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• A self-motivated team player who can work toward objectives with general guidance.

Pay

$140,000 – $150,000 annually
