Senior Project Manager, Water/Wastewater Treatment Systems

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can excel in engineering and project management, as well as marketing, and mentoring. Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects to ensure they meet commitments related to time, quality, and communication.
• Work directly with clients to establish project schedules and set expectations.
• Show solid understanding of the principles related to water and wastewater utility engineering, including wells, pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, and treatment systems.
• Demonstrated success and expertise in water treatment design is critical to this position.
• Proven track record as a problem solver in a client facing role.
• Serve as a project manager lead; provide and enhance client relationships.
• Build, lead, and direct staff and sub-consultants in the execution of specific projects to meet schedules and timely completion of projects.
• Schedule and lead production staff meetings.
• The ability to win work, bring clients, and develop a self-sufficient team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Masters degree preferred
• 12+ years of related experience in water/wastewater projects in a design/engineering consulting environment
• PE Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
