Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and direct the design team during planning, design, and construction.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Cook up with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring project goals align with their expectations.
- Ensure that all water and wastewater projects comply with relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Cook up with regulatory agencies and obtain necessary permits.
- Mentor and guide staff members, providing technical and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering with emphasis on treatment from an accredited four-year college or university.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment design.
- Proven track record of successfully managing or task-led treatment projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Stay current on new technologies, equipment, and treatment innovations.
