Senior Project Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Your employee will work alongside our local team to perform the following tasks:

• Contribute and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver world-class projects
• Effectively lead project tasks and project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Build a cooperative partnership between the client and all stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the projects
• Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationships
• Aid in business development and marketing efforts to help grow the business with both existing and new clients in KY
• Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution, including field, office, and personal environments.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution projects and related construction activities
• Demonstrated experience with project management, staff management, and/or business development
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects
• Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field (ideally)
• 15+ years of related experience in the water/wastewater industry
• Recent experience working with clients in the KY market
