Senior Project Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable infrastructure projects that meet client needs while minimizing environmental impact.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative solutions that improve urban environments.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, community groups, and private sector partners.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in sustainable infrastructure design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in sustainable infrastructure design.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with grant writing and securing funding for sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED.
