About the role
Join our dynamic team of professionals dedicated to solving complex infrastructure challenges. As a Senior Project Manager within the Water Business, you will manage medium to large Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, ensuring successful execution from risk management to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of medium to large EPC/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality
- Be responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope
- Provide for the successful staffing of the project
- Manage and lead medium to large teams of multi-discipline professionals
- Cook up and lead the integration of the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the initiative
Qualifications
- Typically 15 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing medium to large engineering projects involving multiple clients or partners
- Experience managing multiple Services clients or a small EPC project client
- Experience obtaining new/repeat business on medium to large size projects
- Experience managing risk which may include fixed price, new technology, non-domestic markets or new clients
