Responsibilities

• Serve as the Senior Project Manager for design projects in our transportation program.
• Work with current staff to enhance our transportation services capabilities.
• Mentor staff and help to expand our transportation design practice.
• Lead the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and monitor and control project performance.
• Perform Quality Control/Quality Assurance of key deliverables related to transportation projects managed by others.
• Implement CDM Smith’s quality procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Aid in marketing and business development efforts to further expand our client base and project opportunities with Indiana regional transportation agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, transportation engineering, or related degree.
• PE license in IN.
• Previous experience managing transportation projects for INDOT.
• Previous experience assisting with the proposal process and presenting/meeting with transportation clients.
• Strong experience meeting and working with Indiana agencies, cities, and municipalities.

Min USD $115,211.00
Max USD $201,635.00
