Senior Project Manager - Solar & Energy Storage (Travelling)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through commissioning
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and manage project schedules (P6 or equivalent)
• Oversee subcontractors and self-perform field teams
• Partner with Superintendents to drive field execution
• Lead and develop project teams (10–20+ personnel)
• Manage risk, change orders, and client communication

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience working for a GC or EPC contractor preferred
• Large-scale project experience ($30M+ preferred)
• Experience with self-perform construction strongly preferred
• Strong financial and scheduling ownership
• Renewable experience (solar/BESS) a plus, not required
• Backgrounds in heavy civil, industrial, or oil & gas welcomed

Travel & Schedule

• 100% travel (projects nationwide)
• Rotation: ~3 weeks onsite / 5 days off
