Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement new features and improve existing functionalities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and project management.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Understanding of database design and SQL.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
