Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement new features and improve existing functionalities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and project management.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Understanding of database design and SQL.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
