Senior Project Manager - Raleigh

Job Description

Lead and oversee the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• 8-10 years' experience as a Project Manager
• Delivered 12+ ground-up commercial builds
• Hospitality (hotel) project experience preferred
• Stable work history with 3-4+ year tenures
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience leading and managing construction projects
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations

Pay

Salary: $135,000-$150,000 + full package

Vehicle + gas card or $500/month allowance

100% health premiums + 401k after 90 days

Project bonuses + relocation support
