About the role
The Senior Project Manager, Quantitative is responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection from initiation to completion. This includes managing project budgets, communicating progress to the client, troubleshooting, providing solutions to aid completion to deadline, ensuring profiles and health standards are met, and coordinating day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets and communicate progress to the client
- Review project documentation and identify issues that jeopardize project completion
- Work with client services to obtain revised quotes and manage project requirements
- Organize and lead internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams
- Provide regular updates to the client on project status
- Maximize sample size while in field and ensure timely payment of incentives to panelists
- Ensure project completion on time and oversee the billing and invoicing process
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20252 / 26362 standards and other relevant regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing research
- Experience in healthcare data collection
- Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platform, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with high attention to detail
